Finding the Massage Clinic in Manotick

The clinic is inside Aesthé Medical Aesthetics at 5511 Manotick Main St, Unit 2B, on Manotick Main Street in the middle of the village. Watson’s Mill and Dickinson Square are a couple of minutes away, just off Bridge Street where it crosses the Rideau River onto Long Island.

Free parking is on site, so you do not need extra time to find a space. Come in through the main Aesthé entrance and let reception know you are here for massage therapy with Pooja.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Arrive a few minutes early for a first visit. There is a short health history to complete, and it is part of the 60-minute session rather than extra time. Bring a note of any medications, recent surgeries or injuries, and anything your doctor has advised, because all of that shapes the treatment.

You will be asked what you want from the session and where you would rather not be worked on. You stay draped throughout, and only the area being treated is uncovered. If anything feels uncomfortable at any point, say so and it is adjusted immediately.

Who Comes to the Clinic

Most clients travel from Manotick, Barrhaven, Riverside South, Findlay Creek, Greely, Kars, Osgoode, Richmond and Kemptville. A good number also drive from Orleans in the east and Kanata in the west. The clinic is roughly 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa.

If you are unsure which treatment is right, or whether massage therapy is appropriate for something you are dealing with, call (613) 908-5323 before booking and we can talk it through.
